Student Management System (SMS)

---

Ponatahi Christian School uses 'Helix' for our cloud-based Student Management System (SMS).

There is also a linked parent portal which can be found here: Parent Portal

In this site, you can find assessment material, see reports, record absences, make staff bookings for Three-Way conferences, and more.

This SMS also has a very effective parent app that can be used for a range of things; for example, it can be used for notifying the school of a child's absence, which is highly recommended, and even requested, as it saves a lot of admin time.

A brochure about this SMS Parent Portal and associated App: SMS Information

This brochure also contains the instructions about how process the first-time only installation.
